Project Details
Robins will research and develop a new theater piece which uses his family's journey to and settlement in Minnesota as a way to explore Jewish immigrant lives in Minnesota between 1900 and 1964. He will present two staged readings of the work in progress during the grant period.

I will create a new play through an interview process that looks at Jewish immigrant lives in Minnesota. I will have a draft of the play and records of its development phases, including records of the interviews I conducted across the state. 2: I will present a version of the play for audiences, both Jewish participants and the general public. I maintained accurate records of the performances.
