Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

I want to devote six months of intensive study and work to producing a series of closely-related artworks, evolving and enhancing my skills for similar projects in the future. The evaluation will be simply the level of success in producing worthy individual paintings as well as a cohesive body of work. 2: A new collection of work that is a clear departure from previous paintings will be of interest to those who know my work and will attract a larger audience. The level of attendance, i.e., interest in the work, feedback from the community, sales will be the measure.

Measurable Outcome(s)

My project went well and mostly as anticipated. I produced more work than originally planned and had a well-received solo exhibit at the Groveland Gallery in Minneapolis last autumn. I feel it was a strong and cohesive body of work. This new direction in subject matter and style is one I intend to continue to pursue. 2: My exhibit at the Groveland Gallery in Minneapolis last fall entitled Land Available was very well attended over the course of five weeks. The departure from previous subject matter was quite positively received and resulted in reasonably strong sales. More than half of the exhibited works sold (mostly small) and the Gallery has retained many of the remaining pieces.
