Project Details
Anderson will expand his skills in metal working by learning how to TIG weld and he will create new work that makes use of these skills. He will share his results with the public through public showings and workshops.

Measurable Outcome(s)

As specified in my plan, I learned to TIG weld thanks to equipment afforded by the grant along with some instruction from a fellow sculptor. I also improved my expertise and experience with my sculptural "dioramas" through the work I had planned. I should mention that I made 9 new dioramas where I had anticipated only about 3. Considering I also had a liver transplant last fall, I think my program went extremely well. I am evaluating outcomes based on depth of experience, improvement in technique, number of
