Suicidemindz has a collection of quality works that haven’t been presented to the public. The goal is to distribute these works for circulation within the local nonprofit and artist community in order to further establish the name and style of Suicidemindz. The outcomes we hope to achieve are mostly initial steps in the greater design of publishing our works in book format but, in addition to, of course, full distribution of this first series, a conservative goal would be receiving an invitation to collaborate with another local artist(s) or perhaps a young and aspiring artist might contact us to ask about our creative process or to further explain some motif presented in the work. Our goal is to be heard and be questioned and share our work, to inspire just as we were inspired. Though the zines are for sale it is not a measure of our success. The point is to reintroduce Suicidemindz to the community in a new way. The zines will allow for a different level of engagement with audience members. The zines are a promotional tool for our work, and act as a gateway for future projects and collaborations with local organizations. The measures of success will vary from students taking up the pen and building upon our groundwork to being called to bring our brand to aid in the functioning of any charity or educational endeavor throughout the region.
