Many people, when hearing the word "witch" may conjure an image of a green faced, crooked nosed, woman who has a menacing cackle flying on a broomstick! But history and folklore teach us that there are numerous iterations of this type of woman and through our book, The Science of Witchcraft, we hope to teach the public about the true, fascinating, and sometimes frightening facts behind their favorite witch tales. We will specifically focus on witch tales and history from the Nordic region and tie it in to Northeastern Minnesota. Success rates will be tracked by in-person attendance at the event and by views on the video content created by the filmmaker at the event. We will post the clips of the evening on TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, our three websites, and speak about it on our podcast.
