I want to present some relevant information to an underserved community through an art show, the goal is to highlight the accomplishments of a segment of soci5that has often been hidden. The goal is to inspire youth to search for the important stories in their community. By presenting the show in a public place and with a video presentation that can be shared with teachers to use in their classrooms, I will have the chance to receive direct feedback to judge how well it works. The work will be made within the critique of professional artist in the region, with the goal of providing valueable information of and to an undeserved demographic of the community. There will be surveys to judge the reaction of the audience.
