Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

I want to improve my stage presence, arm positions/arm control, facial expressions, posture, and extensions of the leg. I would like to change my attitude towards competition because I have anxiety so I tend to be very nervous when I go to perform. Stage fright is one of my biggest road blocks in dance competitions. I plan on measuring it by doing an examination. We have one set for April. This will tell if I have improved over time. I can also add in extra practice times outside of lessons. Doing so will show that I have improved over the weeks.
