We hope to engage a cast and crew of approximately 60 individuals (both adults and youth) to put on a successful, eight show run of the classical Peter Pan. Through the process of preparing for this production, we hope that our performers and technicians will experience personal growth through improvements in their skills, be it character development, musical skill or lighting technique. Additionally, we hope to reach out to community members by involving five individuals who have not previously participated in a Calumet production. We will have our participants complete a brief (5-7 questions) survey at the beginning of production and at the end of production as a means of assessing their experience with this project.
