Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

Each of the sessions will be attended by 40-50 guests. Guests will have an opportunity to evaluate their experience for future use. As each session is held, we will continue to build the attendance as people learn about our events. Each participant, artist and attendee, will complete an evaluation using a survey form. Input from our various artists and participants about improvements will give us a sense for what improvements we can make in the future. I am attaching a sample evaluation for participants and artists, which we will update once the grant is awarded and the need arises. We will assess our membership list at the conclusion of the project to see if we have gained members in our guild. We would like to see a 10% increase in membership.
