ACHF Arts Access
Our goal is to conclude this project as a financial success, allowing us to continue our mission to "provide equal opportunities for all stages" in the world of theatre arts'! We plan to deliver a quality production to cast, crew, and audience, and look forward to positive feedback using a variety of resources. We'll work within our budget, market aggressively, anticipate 1800 tickets sold, secure an underwriter, generate playbill ad sales, and profit in concession sales. Admittedly unmeasurable, we want to remind folks of our presence in the community and our commitment to provide live theatre opportunities for all, on stage, back stage, and in the house. We strive to build camaraderie and mutual respect with cast and crew, creating lasting friendships. Through our productions, we hope to influence others to join us and motivate our patrons to 'stay tuned'! We want our productions to make soulful connections with folks through laughter, tears, reflection, or just plain feelin' good! Measurable outcomes: A final financial report will indicate monetary success in our production, telling us if we reached our goal of 1800 tickets sold, whether our concession sales profited, if our playbill ads generated a profit, and if we stayed within our budget. Ticket sales will reflect the success of our marketing. Our underwriter will be highlighted in all promotions. Data gathered from two surveys (cast/crew, patrons) will give us useful information about the production as a whole. Unmeasurable outcomes: We'll be watching for Letters to the Editor, Facebook comments, visits to our website plus checking our Mail Chimp for hits and responses. These will provide input to measure those intangible outcomes. In the end, IF our cast and crew embrace the stage and walk away proud, IF our patrons leave smiling, IF new faces join us in the future, and IF the community is abuzz with amazement and anticipation, we'll know that Cinderella was a success!
