Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

The measurable goals will be the number of entries into the exhibit as well as the number of attendees to the exhibit. We hope to increase both of these numbers over what we had last year. In previous years, we have had approximately 15 exhibitors and approximately 50 attendees. We would like to increase these numbers by at least 50%.Beyond just the numbers of attendees and participants, we will ask both groups to fill out a short evaluation form to measure the success of the project.

Measurable Outcome(s)

At the entrance of the exhibit, we handed out evaluations for the attendees to fill out. We had a good return on evaluations with a lot of praise for the program as well as some feedback that can help future exhibits be even better. We had about 175 people attend on opening night, which was the main focus of the project. The Hutchinson Center for the Arts encouraged our group to leave our gallery up for display until December 5th so that people could continue to enjoy the work. We had three potential members attend our following meeting with 2 additional parties interested.
