Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

Our goals are to: 1. To have five well-received exhibits at the Willmar Education and Arts Center gallery. 2. To have five well-attended receptions at the Willmar Education and Arts Center gallery. 3. Tp jave at least twenty pieces entered in the four invitational exhibits at the Barn Theatre. To have the four exhibits at the Barn be well-received 4. To have the artists for all the exhibits be pleased with the exposure they received. 5. To have the people who received our mailings actively participate in events. Some of the goals are more easily measured than others. Attendance is easy to keep track of as is how many entries we have for the invitational shows. How well an exhibit is received is a little harder. We have a guest book available for people to leave comments and we have Board and committee members in attendance at all the receptions to circulate and get comments from attendees. We will ask the artists to complete a survey about their exhibit experience. And we can keep track of how many people heard about our events through the mailings by having them complete surveys for the events they engage in.

Measurable Outcome(s)

Attendance was the first measurable outcome. We tracked attendance at the exhibits as well as classes. The second outcome was not as easy to track, but we did receive many favorable responses to the mailings.
