ACHF Arts Access
By staging the musical "The Addams Family", we wish to add to our list of volunteers and performers, challenge current performers and the creative team artistically, and produce a show that holds strong artistic talent and merit for the community of Pipestone. We also hope to increase audience attendance and performing arts awareness in the Pipestone community. This musical production will appeal to a new and seasoned actors and a younger demographic of music and theater lovers. We want audiences to walk away from performances with community pride and cast and crew with a sense of personal accomplishment. The performing arts allow us to explore our history, emotions, and talents. To measure the artistic quality and weaknesses/strengths of the production, we will ask the audience in a comment form that will be included in their program to give feedback on the production. Participants (young and wise) will be given access to give feedback and comment on their experience in the rehearsal and production process. This will help us gauge our strengths and weaknesses, help us plan our next season, as well as be a tool to help determine whether or not our goals were met.
