Outcomes include changing how we show up at work and engage with each other, fostering a greater awareness of ourselves and others, becoming more aware of our implicit biases, experiencing vulnerable, courageous conversation, practicing generating concrete, practical actions to advance EDI, and viewing EDI as an ongoing practice. A survey will be provided at the end of the event.
