Goal: Our goal is to continue to create unique, humorous, and thought provoking radio theater with a focus on scripted storytelling and original music. TIWY strives to provide an experience in which people can take away something that sticks with them and inspires discussion and creativity. Outcome 1: Artistic Development and Support of New Work: In each season we strive to expand upon our proven commitment to creating new work that resonates with today's audiences while pushing the boundaries of traditional forms. The TIWY company are encouraged to grow as artists through their participation in creating, and performing, original shows. As voice actors, the company are allowed unique opportunities to explore characters that they would not typically be cast to play, and TIWY aims to support and inspire that exploration. Outcome 2: Audience Growth: Expanding shows into Chisholm to reach a new audience in NE MN, continued production of the podcast, and sustaining our Duluth audience. Our primary metric in determining success is audience engagement. We will know if we've been successful if we can continue to sell the shows at 90%-110%, and we will know if we've been successful by tracking podcast listenership. The podcasts have had 54,551 combined listens, with each new show usually getting over 1,000 plays in the first month of release. We would like to see those numbers grow or stay consistent. At the end of the year, with the help of our partners at Zeitgeist, we will send surveys to our audience members to gather information in order to help us improve for our 2025 season. Surveys will include questions about demographics, audience experience, and what they would like to see in future seasons of TIWY. Between seasons, Blake Thomas has meetings with all members of the cast and crew to get their feedback on what can be improved upon from a rehearsal/performance perspective. The retention of artists is fundamental to maintaining the quality of our work.
