The Family Festival provides opportunities for the low-income residents to see performances for free as well as providing an opportunity for local artists to share their talents with the community. Attendees of the Family Festival will be provided with a survey to complete about their experience at the Family Festival and provide additional comments. Also, the Family Festival coordinator meets and communicates directly with participating artists, demonstrators, and vendors to discuss their experience and participation. All volunteers involved with the Family Festival are also encouraged to share their observations, comments, and suggestions for change. The Family Festival Coordinator reviews the results of the survey as well as gathered observations, comments, and suggestions.
