Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

Our goal for this project is to give the performers an opportunity to participate in a show that will enhance and stretch their abilities. We want the audience to be transported by the music and effects of the show. A survey is placed in the programs provided to the audience, cast and crew. The amount of people at the shows is also used. We also use feedback from conversations with people after the show.

Measurable Outcome(s)

A survey was provided in the programs at all of the shows. The cast also is asked to fill out a survey to help us with areas that could use improvement. We also use the comments and conversations that we receive directly from the audience. A total of 227 surveys were returned. Many couples or families filled out the surveys together as a total of 585 people were covered. 60 different suggestions were listed for future shows. Annie, Hello Dolly, State Fair and South Pacific were among the top choices.
