ACHF Legacy Grant for Individual Artists
Jerry Carlson will build a Huldufolk house, an elf sized house where people can speak to the elves and make wishes. The artist will build the house from natural materials and place it along a trail of the Ojiketa Regional Park in Chisago City, MN.
