Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

As a new theater, we hope to have audience capacity of around 70% attendance. From our audience survey, our aim is to achieve 75% being very satisfied with the quality of our show, and expressing an interest to attend future PRIME performances. We will provide multiple ways for feedback from (a) Audience (surveys at the show and online, plus via Facebook, post-show talk backs); (b) Artists (via post-production reflections); (c) Advisors (via debriefing at a formal feedback session post-production). Additional evaluation of the project will be included from any available press reviews and partner organizations involvement questionnaires.

Measurable Outcome(s)

5 of the 12 performances were over 90% audience capacity. (surpassed proposed outcomes) Audience surveys showed that 77% of respondents were “very satisfied” with the quality of the performance. (surpassed proposed outcomes) Audience attendance increased by 30% over the three weeks of performances. (a significant outcome for a new theater)
