The goals of this project are to have a projector and screen in place in time for rehearsals and performances on November 26-27, and to equip the organization for future productions of “Root Beer Lady – The Musical” throughout the summer tourist season. Measurable outcomes: Meeting budget. Having equipment in place by November 15. The measurable outcomes are simple yes or no questions.
