Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)
The percentage of fourth grade students at Lowell Elementary being trained in performing in a musical theater production, including exposure to classic literature, memorization of lines, singing and movement, will increase from 2% of the students in 2015 to 100% of the students in 2016. Both students and community members will complete a survey and evaluation form upon completion of the performances.

Successful arts education project. Majority of students showed an increase in artistic awareness, skill, and understanding.
