Measurable Outcome(s)

Our short-term goal was to install the exhibit in our new Fire Station and to expose Stillwater Citizens to the history of our Fire Department. We met this goal, both installation and our public open house in October 2015. The exhibit is right off the main lobby of the Fire Station, so all visitors to the station will have an opportunity to view it, indefinitely.

Our long-term was that residents would have a greater appreciation for the role of firefighters in our history and in our community, have better informed discussions, and make informed decisions about this public service. This is harder to measure, but we feel the exhibit has effectively conveyed these values.
