Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)
The number of Minnesotans who are able to participate in the arts increases. Real or perceived barriers to arts participation and arts access are identified and addressed. They will survey the audience at each of their concerts and survey the student musicians at the end of the season. Students who received a scholarship will also be asked to write a narrative on their experience with the group and how the scholarship helped them.
