Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

Great River Arts will produce at least 6 theater performances in our theater, involving at least 15 local artists. Great River Arts will increase attendance from 418 to 498, a 20% increase over the spring of 2015. Auditions will be advertised and held to cast the show. The number of performances will be scheduled and advertised, documented and analyzed to direct us as we grow our theater program. We feel that only time will tell if we are truly making a name for ourselves as a reputable theater company. We have added a sixth show which gives us an opportunity to increase our attendance. We will track ticket sales and the attendance numbers will reflect the interest of the community.

Measurable Outcome(s)

Successful community theater productions. Audience numbers increased by 10% over previous theater production. Vast majority of participants indicated a positive experience.
