Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)
Our artistic goals are to stage a concert of the highest quality that is successful artistically, financially, and with our audiences. Additionally, we are looking to draw 50 new audience members to ARENA. We will evaluate the project based on the identified goals, artistic process and product, audience and critical response, and success in meeting projected attendance and financial goals. Janczewski will talk with participating artists throughout the process and at the end to get their input. We will gauge audience response to the concerts and in post-performance discussions, lobby meet-and-greets, and comments we receive in person and through e-mails and social media.
