Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)
Joint concert with Red Wing High School Band will build new relationships with students and their relatives who have never heard a brass band. School brass and percussion players will be given the opportunity to rehearse with us. Written surveys will sample opinions of the audience members. We will evaluate the "rehearse with the Sheldon Theatre Brass Band" initiative by the number of students who participate and the feedback they give their music teacher.
Measurable Outcome(s)
We learned audience preferences for music types and compared it with the content of our programs. In general, we learned that our selection of repertoire is a good fit for a wide variety of audiences.
