Project Details
Kareken will create a series of drawings and paintings depicting auto salvage yards imagery. The work will be exhibited at both the Burnet Gallery and the Groveland Gallery with associated public programs.

Measurable Outcome(s)

The artist completed of 40-50 collages, drawings, and oil paintings. The artist experimented with new media, new techniques and new formal approaches. 2: A joint exhibition of the artist's completed grant work was held at the Groveland Gallery and the Burnet Gallery in Minneapolis, including receptions and an artist talk.
