Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)
We expect to have 50 submitted films involving as 500-1000 artists combined. Most of those will be adults but one of our goals is educating minors in video production. We will have at least five films from minors. We will also assist in the creation of five films with local filmmakers that will be shown at the festival. Our overarching theme this year is "Women in Film" and we will increase our submissions from women from 4 to 10 films this year. We expect to have six shows with an average attendance of 125
