Focus group assessments will be completed by fair patrons and by Fair Board members.
The Cultural Center was successful in strengthening its relationships with the East Otter Tail County Fair and the Todd County Fair. The Wadena County Fair experience was not as fully realized as was hoped for. The Center will be undertaking collaborations with both the Todd County and East Otter Tail County Fairs in the future. There has been a significant growth in understanding of the boards of both the Cultural Center and the County Fairs of the importance of bringing the arts to the community. 2: The total number of persons participating in the events of the three fairs exceeded the projection of 1,500 low income participants. 2,500 persons participated in the project at three county fairs and 36 artists brought their talents and creative expression to three Fairs.
