Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)
Musicians will benefit from my work by having access to very good bows at a price that will allow them to develop their artistry at an earlier point in their career.I intend to make the bows I make while in France available to top musicians who will be able to give me a sense of whether I have progressed in my art while working in France.
Measurable Outcome(s)
I presented bows to several musicians both before and after my tutelage. The feedback was very positive. Evaluation of a bow is a very subjective matter, but during my presentation at the Bridge Chamber Music Festival, the audience could tell the difference in sound projection with each bow.
