Project Details

They will provide an artist to assist students during Open Pottery Lab. They will also offer special pottery classes to adults with physical and mental disabilities in 2012-13.

Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

The number of Minnesotans that are able to participate in the arts increases.After class, students will complete an evaluation form. At least 80% of participants will respond positively to questions regarding the quality of the instruction, facility, and the overall art experience. 50% of students completing the evaluation form will also provide suggestions for future comparative effectiveness research classes, enabling us to develop classes and activities that meet needs and interest of participants. As an affiliate of Three Rivers Community Action, we will use affiliate meetings and artist forums to receive constructive feedback from other Three Rivers Community Action affiliates regarding professional development needs of artists in the community.
