Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)
1. Laptop Computer and Printer to track our membership, records, and accounts. 2. An active Web Site to communicate our activities, opportunities, and outreach.This operational development grant will position the Winsted Arts Council to have a long-term impact on our stability and development. It will give the organization the infrastructure necessary to bring our constituents together and communicate with them. We will be able to reach our audience in a more proactive and professional way through our web site. To evaluate these goals, we will make sure we move through the appropriate steps in purchasing our hardware and work with a professional business to develop our web site. Success for our project would mean: 1. An operational database file and a chart of accounts to track our budget. 2. A functioning web site that has received 2500 hits in its first year. 3. A survey of membership that recognizes an improvement in the outreach to constituents.
