To encourage, sponsor, develop, promote and increase public appreciation of the visual, literary, and performing arts in the greater Wadena area, and to provide a venue for artists to show and sell their work.Feedback provided by artist, authors, performers, and public attendees. Evaluation by the arts league project review team.

Measurable Outcome(s)

Successfully provided opportunity for variety of artists to display and perform at festival. Positive experience indicated by all who participated. Participation less than expected.
