ACHF Arts Access
1. We aim to fully support 100 leadership fellows over the next two years through our leadership programming and increase the number of community-engaged artists we support by 25%. 2. We aim to increase audience participation by 25% and double the number of weeks we present Catalyst Series events. 3. We aim to increase participation by young people by 25% over two years. New database implementation and statistical collections methods.
1. Intermedia Arts trained twenty-five leadership fellows and is on track to train fifty more in FY 2013. We will launch an alumni program serving 160 alumni and a speakers series serving an additional 125-200 leaders. 2. We increased the number of programming weeks in the Catalyst Series from 13 weeks to 16 weeks of public programming this year. 3. We served 1,704 youth, up 40% from FY 2010. This met our goal of at least a 15% increase per year for two years and surpassed our goal of 1,440 for the year. We launched our youth leadership council with five participants. We see the role of planning, data collection, program evaluation, and impact analysis as mission-critical to our organization. Both the strategic plan and the operational plan are reviewed on a quarterly basis by staff and board committees, and progress is presented back to the board and staff on a bi-monthly basis. Additions or course corrections are made as necessary.
