Diverse audiences will experience live theater performed and produced by diverse artists that enhances their lives through the sharing of stories. We evaluate audience perspectives and capture demographic data through surveys, discussions, and comments, and monitoring the efficacy of programming 2: YTT provides competitive salaries for our staff, thereby increasing the overall quality of our productions and quality of life for Minnesotan artists. YTT will track wage data to monitor progress in providing competitive compensation and will gather artist feedback to ensure needs are met. We will demonstrate dedication and evaluate artistic quality through critical reception and audience reaction.
