Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

Underserved Minnesota performing artists will deepen their practices and grow artistically/professionally through the development/presentation of new work. Progress will be measured through written and anecdotal participant evaluations, reflecting on artistic/professional development as well as providing feedback on program content/designs. 2: Minnesotans will be introduced to underrepresented artists and experiences they haven?t encountered before, enriching their lives and perspectives. Audience members, program partners and others who intersect with Red Eye will be invited to complete written surveys and /or share anecdotal feedback about their experiences following Red Eye events and interactions.
