Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

More audiences and artists will experience varied artistic styles and forms- sparking curiosity and wonder, and helping create a sense of belonging. Engagement in Ordway-facilitated activities will be tracked. Surveys will continue to collect responses and feedback following Ordway programs; comparing to previous year. Targeted questions will measure the impact of the stated outcomes. 2: Revitalize a mission-driven and sustainable business model centered on the Ordway's role as driver for artistic, educational, and social vitality. Staff and Board monitor the fiscal health of the Ordway on an on-going basis; new dashboards will help monitor. We will track engagement in activities as well as capture qualitative data and feedback through post-show and intercept surveys.
