Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

Provide creative experiences our greater Minnesota area desires while also showcasing new or underrepresented art and artists. A report will be created after each event, recording various demographics of audience, artists and other participants. Event volunteers will determine approximations in regard to age, gender, ethnicity, etc. 2: Remove (and prevent) barriers for engagement and participation by seniors, adolescents, families i.e. program pricing, event dates/times, location. Staff will develop methods to standardize how metrics are gathered and reports created. Reports will be reviewed after each show and after each season, in order to spot any trends and otherwise determine if the outcomes are being achieved.
