Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

Ashland will foster youth development (performance, self-confidence) through excellent musical theater productions and educational opportunities. Outcomes will be evaluated through anonymous surveys of participants and parents, in addition to anecdotal evidence, observation and team meeting feedback. Quantitative data will measure the degree of impact throughout the rehearsal process. 2: Expand community outreach using comped tickets for arts, educational or community organizations and economically disadvantaged populations. 1) achieve 10% of tickets discount/donated; 2) quantitative analysis of participants and audience demographics from program registrations, ticket sales and anonymous surveys; 3) qualitative feedback from participants, families and patrons.
