Balloon artist Janet Fossen; Fiber arts - Scandinavian knitting, weaving, spinning, weaving; Hands-on activities with local artists; Musical entertainment - Slamabama (all musicians are from Barnsville, MN).

Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)
As in the past we will expect approximately 200-400 adults and children to be involved with the total of these projects. The balloon artist alone sees at least 150 kids.The musicians can be seen and heard at the open air stage by fairgoers in the area of the midway mall. Some of our projects will be walk-through. All of our projects are geared to all fairgoers and we try to accomodate all ages.
