Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

The Hennepin County Fair is expecting 5,000 to 10,000 fair visitors, and traditionally we place both the wood-turner and the pottery display area close to the gate that is manned with volunteers, we have asked that group to help count people stopping and interacting with both the wood turner and the pottery demonstration. We anticipate approximately 3,000 people to stop at both of those display demonstration areas over the three days of the fair. The magic show and the musical shows will have volunteers acting as emcees and will take an attendance count for each of the shows. We anticipate approximately 2,500 to attend the shows over the three days of the fair.
