As a result of this project Madhatters will increase our audience from Januarys' production of "Don't Hug Me: A Love" Story from 220 to 242, a difference of 10 percent. We will keep attendance records of every performance. Our tickets are numbered and color coded for each performance so that by counting ticket stubs and double checking with a tally sheet we will know the number of adults in attendance who bought a ticket ahead, the number that bought a ticket at the door, the number of seniors/military/special needs, and the number of students. Then at the end of the run of the show we will sum up the numbers and be able to compare them with previous shows. We will have achieved the goal of producing a dinner theatre musical when it has been successfully performed. We will include in the programs a survey for the audience with evaluative questions about the success of the musical and its themes with space left for comments. We will also ask if they want to be added to Madhatters mailing list and if they would like to participate in future productions. These surveys will be tabulated and the results presented to the board.
