For all board members to feel comfortable with the financials of the organization, to be organized to have a clear vision and goals for the next one to two years on projects and planning for events and building renovations. We hope that everyone will feel more comfortable with the financial and direction of the organization. Our goal is to gain confidence in preparing financial statements, taxes and grant compliance. We will ask and look for feedback from each other on the level of comfort and consistency in the organization.
