Objective 1: (Honor African Americans while fostering a sense of unity and pride while making everyone feel welcome) Objective 2: (Educate attendees about history and cultural significance)Objective 3: (Encourage economic important empowerment) We will have an on-the-spot survey asking guests and participants a variety of questions intended to improve the planning of next year's event. Historically, after the event, committee briefs and debriefs about the pros and cons of the event.
