The ROUNDABOUT ART TOUR is a one day progressive, traveling, art event held throughout northern Carlton County. The goal is to increase visibility and participation in this event through increased marketing. All venues will be asked to complete a follow up survey providing feedback on the numbers of attendees, sharing highlights and conversations throughout the event. All venues will have a guest book where patrons can share their email addresses for future events or interest in participating in the future. Social media pages will be created for this event with a goal of at least 100 followers. Each venue will be expected to share the event on their social media platforms and specifically invite at least 10 people/organizations. An increase of 12 venues with over 75 artists participating compared to last years total of 9 venues with 38 artists participating. Kris will meet with each of the venues and have 1:1 discussions to collect feedback for use in future events. Their responses will reflect the level of success and need for improvement (if any) of the event. Through these conversations at least 3 new artists will be identified to participate in next year's event. Locations share contact information they collect through guest books that will be compiled for future marketing as well as feedback requests. The media specialist will have built social media pages and track the platform activities through the analytics on each platform to see if we reach our goal of at least 100 patrons. To have increased from 7 to 12 venues with over 75 artists participating.
