Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

The aim of securing this funding is to strategically utilize the allocated 175 hours of the Lyric Executive Director's time to improve the organization's impact by maintaining a wide range of art offerings, increasing community engagement, and promoting the involvement of young people in arts programming. Objective: 1) Strengthen and improve art events for the Iron Range community, targeting a 20% increase in attendance at local art exhibits, showcases, and events, with positive participant feedback. 2)To expand youth involvement interdisciplinary arts offerings, achieving a 15% increase in enrollment for children and youth in grades K-12. 3) To develop a strategic plan for sustaining and expanding art offerings, community engagement, and youth involvement. A qualitative assessment of new offerings enhances cultural vibrancy and fosters a diverse artistic landscape. Increased community participation and authentic programming aim to build stronger bonds, resonating authentically with our community. Synthesizing feedback informs responsive programming, meeting evolving community needs. Anticipating tangible impact on community engagement, success is measured by increased attendance, indicating a more connected community. In youth involvement, success is gauged through increased participation and skill development, empowering a younger generation. Insights from youth, parents, and educators shape our programs for relevance. Evaluating alignment with the organizational vision ensures long-term strategies contribute meaningfully. Continuous assessment positions us for sustainability, navigating evolving community needs and the artistic landscape.
