Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

MNWC will grow its capacity to provide inclusive and accessible high quality literary arts experiences to our region by investing in staff development, improving our media/online presence, and increasing the involvement of a diverse board to help guide MNWC's strategic planning initiatives. Evaluation methods include an anonymous online survey administered twice a year to measure the perceptions of the staff, board, and teaching artists, and gather insights they might offer. A media consultant will conduct interviews with core staff and teaching artists during the June conference. The results will be circulated among the staff and board for evaluation and discussion in September.
