Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

The funds received will be used to help with our mortgage payments. The general funds that the grant replaces can be used to increase the number of productions we present, which expands the opportunities for stage experience. It can free up funds to add classes to the schedule, such as light design, set design, sound engineering, stage presence, audition work, etc. These outcomes will increase the education of local thespians to work on increasing their knowledge of theater. Evaluation methods include audience surveys administered during a production during the season to measure their knowledge of our season and participation with BCT. Evaluation methods will also include survey questions administered to the cast of at least one production during the season to measure their increased knowledge of theater due to their participation in the show.
