Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

Our enrolled students, trainees, and artists (over 50% BIPOC) will indicate meaningful impact from their participation in TU Dance activities. Track enrolled student/trainee/artist demographics using surveys; track distribution of subsidies, scholarships, comp tickets, etc.; collect participant feedback on impact of programs & activities. 2: TU Dance program participants will learn dance styles and techniques, develop and grow as artists, and gain physical confidence. Track participation & collect via surveys participant feedback on impact of programs & activities; gather input from teachers, partners, artists; document & track participant advancement.
