Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

Experiential production launched. Performances build bridges across human divides. Diverse audiences inspired into action by design/climate focus. Entire design process, including artist engagement/company development, will be collaborative, experiential, and guided by EDI. Audiences' feedback survey will reflect degree of inspiration from performance plus readiness to take purposeful action. 2: TLA uses new production design to grow infrastructure involving board composition, development capacity, business functions, and income generation. New diverse leaders serve on TLA Board; re-engineered development/business functions are implemented/evaluated; production's design process/pilot performances reveal its income-generating potential. TLA licenses Nature production to college partners.
